All EFT memberships are month-to-month. NO INSTALLMENT CONTRACTS.

Pay ½ of your first month’s pro-rated dues when you join for ALL EFT memberships

including No Enrollment options. A $49 Annual Membership Fee is due and charged

on all EFT memberships on your first membership draft after joining. It is fully earned,

not pro-rated, when drafted for all EFT memberships. The Health Studio Code of the

State of California provides a five-day, “Right to Cancel”. Your cancellation right must

be executed within the first five days of the join date on your Membership Agreement.

Should you cancel your membership after the five-day, “Right to Cancel” period, but within

the first month of the join date of your membership, you will be charged your first

month’s dues. No exceptions. Ask our staff for details. Other EFT memberships available
